Do you pick up from all Hotels, Resorts and Airbnb?
We pick up from all major hotels and resorts! For Airbnbs, we offer pickup if they’re along our route. If your Airbnb is outside the pickup zone no worries, we can arrange a nearby meeting point or help organize a private driver at a very reasonable price. We’ll make sure getting to your adventure is easy and stress-free!
For the Party Boat Special, do both tours have to be on the same day?
When booking on our website, you’ll see an option to choose the date for your second activity. If you book through WhatsApp or by phone, just let our agent know which day you’d like to do the other activity we’ll handle the rest!
Is there a weight limit for any of the activities?
Yes! For horseback riding and ziplining, the weight limit is 250 lbs (113 kg). For parasailing, guests must weigh at least 90 lbs (41 kg) per person, with a combined maximum of 450 lbs (204 kg). We just want to make sure everyone stays safe and has an amazing time!
How to I know what time I will be picked up for the tour?
Once your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you 24 hours before your tour to confirm pickup time. Please provide a valid number and keep an eye on WhatsApp or iMessage.
If you booked through Viator or TripAdvisor, please message us after booking, as we sometimes receive their info a bit late.
Can I bring my own drinks to the Party Boat Excursion?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own drinks on the party boat! We provide local Dominican drinks, but premium options like Don Julio or Hennessy aren’t included, don’t worry though, they’re available on board for purchase if you’d like to upgrade your vibe!
